Neutral are just to do lists. Once you label the negative/Waste thoughts they get weakened . Changing the focus to positive thoughts will change our emotions and destiny
- We need to realize the power to choose thoughts and emotions is in our hands and we can choose Positive thoughts and be Joyful /Peaceful.
- Thoughts either drain us or energize us . Being aware, labeling and choosing right thoughts is crucial to creating happiness from inside out and changing our destiny.
- Night before you sleep and morning when you wake up are the crucial hours. Repeating yourself as a Peaceful, loving and happy person with visualization adds to your happiness
